RE | -opening, making, thinking: An exhibit of photography, paintings and sculpture
October 5–January 6

The prefix “re” captures our past-dependent state of being; each moment is a direct consequence of the last. Our participation in the present is a constant reaction to the past.

This exhibit coincides with the REopening of Music Hall, the RElocation of Cincy Shakes, and ongoing REvitalization of OTR. These “REs” are not only a REthinking of our past, but more importantly a REmaking of our future.

To celebrate our neighborhood "REs," we have assembled thematically apt work by: Cedric Cox, Lloyd Greene, Carin Hebenstreit, Tony Jones, Everage King, Kent Krugh, John Leon, Beth Phillips, Jenn Prine, Shanon Rice, Patrick Romelli, Collin Rowland, Michael Tittel, Tom Towhey, J. Miles Wolf, and Matt Zory.
